Dynamic Form Builder Block
The FormBuilder Module fully replaces static contact page scripts with a robust dynamic page-builder block. Designers construct customized web forms on-the-fly inside the admin area, and submissions are archived cleanly as JSON records in the database.
System Capabilities
- Dynamic Fields List: Append and sort custom input types (text, textarea, email, tel, number, select, radio, checkbox) within the Page Builder.
- Decoupled Submissions: Standardizes input data mapping and saves them as serialized JSON blocks inside the
form_submissionstable. - Custom Reader Panel: Admin panel renders a custom, styled read-only submission dashboard detailing the source page and form header.
Dynamic Blocks & Submissions Layouts
